Yessir - they paint just fine with Rustoleum, Krylon, Ultracote paint or just plain old automotive acrylic enamel. Lots of choices! Not really necessary to prime either!

This thread has come up previously. They are basically fiberglass so any paint that looks good over fiberglass works well. We paint several around here but we do prime them as the finish comes out better and you don't need as much color topcoat. Depends on which brand of paint and how translucent it is.
