Default Help with Forward Only Conversion !!!

Hey i just got several parts for my T-Maxx including a FOC. I installed it best as I could but it dosen't seem to be working. I acted like my finger was the clutchbell and span the spurgear (like a clutchbell would). The smaller shafts that the driveshafts go onto (by a set scew) spun, but as soon as I put the driveshafts on them they wouldn't spin any more ?? Does anyone know what i am doing wrong, any help is greatly appreciated.

Jeremy

That shaft on the last picture that I'm pointing at will spin, but as soon as you touch it or put the driveshafts on it stops spinning.

I can see the problem in your pictures. you need to put it back together. It'll never work like that. Let me run down to the garage and see what mine does. I just put one in today too and I haven't put my tranny back in yet. Just out of curiosity, what else did you get.

Mine isn't doing that. I can't tell anything from looking at your pics. have you tried taking it apart and putting it back together? just to scare away the gremlins.

I got a fastlane chassis, rpm arms, motor saver air filter, pro-line road rage tires and velocity wheels, and fuel filter, yeah I've tried that. Did you keep your idler gear in. Or do you have any gears that I dont (just wondering) ??
Thanks a lot for the fast reply

P.S. Should i try to adjust my 2 speed or anything like that ???

Thanks a lot for your posts i think i found the problem. up above the third picture that I'm pointing at (there is a hole in the gear) and the hole continues through the spur gear shaft (that's what holds the spur gear in place) and that would force the rest of the gears to turn. I THINK that this is the problem. Do you all think it is too or .......... ???
