Funtana from Desert Aircraft
OK people lets hear about the Funtana that Desert Aircraft sells.
Anyone have one?
What motor/prop combination?
How do they fly?
Do they 3D OK?
Landing hot or slow?
Lets hear all about them, I like the style of the Hanger 9 Funtana but I need something bigger for gas, thats why I am interested in the one Desert Aircraft has.

Mine is ultra coat some kits come with a spinner and some don't. We are still trying to figure out that one some kits come with a tail wheel and some don't. The kit is super light 4mm stock were we usually see 1/4 or 3/8 stock the wood is contest grade balsa super light this a 10.5 lbs on glow very very light with HUGE wings take a look at those thing it will IMAC but its really a fun fly 3d animal.... gas just makes it so much sweet at the end of the day with clean up and the pennies saved. My ZDZ only has one gallon on it and breaking in up 300RPM on the 1st gallon but on this light of a plane you don't even realize you don’t have full power yet still unlimited vertical and easy flying. If you even see one fly @ at fly in you will be hooked that is how I saw it 1.2 years ago....

Boy I tell you GErald......
You can see in my signature that I have moved to the status of CUSTOM BUILDER. THAT MEANS FOR EVERYONE BUT ME
I still haven't started it, but I am not giving up hope. It has been one airplane after another for quite some time. I am going to have a lot of time for myself here before long though.
Look at all the kits under the tables.....there are more on the opposite side of the room
