Default What to do with $100

Ok, so I should be getting some money for my b-day, and I would like to spend about $100 of it on RC. Here are my options:
1. Upgrade my Summit (already brushless and using lipo, so what upgrade?)
2. Build myself a cheap Tamiya kit w/ a mild BL system (leaning towards this)
3. Get a new micro to race with my Micro SCT
4. Get a roller (like [link=http://www.ebay.com/itm/Traxxas-Slash-2wd-BLACK-FORD-RAPTOR-Roller-w-LOTS-of-extras-/270996602749?pt=Radio_Control_Vehicles&hash=item3f 18a7ff7d#ht_3886wt_1185]this[/link]) and make it NICE
5. Something else???

+1
if you have a drill that would be needed to convert it to electric for the 3 holes to mount the battery box
the rest of the conversion is dirt cheap like $30 parts list is http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/fb.asp?m=11140450 the pinions listed are optional if you have a 3mm mod1 you want already.

Tamiya kits Hornet, grasshopper, or Plasma Edge($120 from tower)

Huh, ok. I've been looking at those for a while now but never pulled the trigger. It's probably between something like this or new tires for my Summit.

Ok, I'm thinking something like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Tamiya-R...ht_1535wt_1130
I'd throw in a cheap HW 25a ESC and 3000kv motor and already have some spare servos. Is this thing any good?

dude, a Walkera Lama-2 is an awesome co-axe chopper, stable, durable but you can really make that thing zoom around!! it will be within your price point too, or you can get a quad copter.

Seriously right now, i'm thinking about selling all my cars except for my hyper 9 GL, my AE MGT 8.0 and my pan car and start putting money towards things that fly, I actually just ordered a Walkera Genius CP (mini 3d chopper) and can't wait to fly it, I am awesome on a sim and awesome at Co-axe so I should be able to pick it up just fine.

I'm ok on the sim, and terrible in reality. I have a Blade micro SR and I can't fly the thing for more than a few seconds before I lose control, whereas I can do a few tricks on the sim. I think it has more to do with space and confidence than anything, the sim you have loads of space and you aren't afraid of hitting stuff or trying stuff.

Lol sorry but no way. I'm actually about to put my Micro SCT on ebay right now. Got around $150 into it and hoping to get around $80. I'm done with micros for the most part. Once they're BL, they're too fast for indoors. When they're brushed, they suck (IMO). I think I'm gonna use the money to get myself a crawler I can use indoors.

I love the tires you posted, but I'm sure they're heavier than stock with those beadlocks, putting more strain on the drivetrain. I don't want anymore of that. And thanks for the link, but I'm looking to buy from at least semi-well known brands. I have been looking at these tires, though (LHS has 2 sets): http://prolineracing.com/all-terrain...terrain-tires/

They're legit.. but they mainly make on-road/drifters and buggies so it makes sense.

It's a good little truck. Worm drive too I think.

There is a mini and a micro... what are you looking for size wise? Scale looking maybe too?
