Pipe mounting on strut bracket = Bad idea??????
Does anybody ever mount the exhaust pipe on the strut bracket before? Is this a bad idea? I'm trying to find a place to mount a 100* pipe. You can see it in the pictures. The pipe comes out right on top of the strut bracket. I guess my question is would the engine vibration be too much for the strut? I'm running a M&D full mod 260 by the way. Can anybody shed some light into this? Thank you.

The mounting bracket on the left was for a 90* header. I'm switching to the 100* non-adjustable pipe, so.... Unless somebody got a 90* M&D header they wanna sell(which I seriously doubt)[sm=72_72.gif], then I can keep the current bracket and not having to mess with it.
