Default Dle ignition differences

Hey all.

I’m having a problem with my 55ra. When I advance the throttle it sounds like it’s occillating thru several hundred rpm. A guy at my field though that the ignition isn’t advancing was causing the problem. Would it hurt to try a #6 ignition from a dle20ra to see if the problem goes away? It currently has a #5. Not sure what the difference is but figure it’s probably the curve of the advance or something similar.

It won't hurt anything at all to use the different ignition. Please report back with the results!
