Default Slimline muffler smoke tap

Does the tank vent line get hooked to the smoke port on Slimline muffler when smoke is not set up?

I put a short piece of fuel line on the muffler nipple and put a screw in the end. Don't mess with the vent line.

Correct, these are not glow engines. Never hook a tank vent to a muffler! The carb has a fuel pump built into it and tank pressure is not required.
