Default Extra 33$ 330L. I have a question about wheelpants.

At what angle to the runway do I set the wheelpants. It has a trycicle landing gear. From pictures I have seen it looks like they should be level to the runway when plane is at rest but I want to make sure of this before I start drilling holes.

Tricicle gear? Never seen an extra 330l with trycicle gear. If it's got those i would mak them parellel to the ground.

Most I've seen are level to plane. So at taxi, they would be angled down in the back.I hope this helps.

Block up the back of your plane to get your thrust line to 0 (level). Then mount your wheel pants to be level in this attitude. Wheel pants will affect how your plane trims out.
