Default I keep breaking engine mount screws!

I know I am not that strong! But I have broken 2 of the 5 motor mount screws. I have been doin routine cleaning, go to re-mount the engine and the heads break right off! I assume it is due to the vibration, but what a pain! anyway to avoid this, TI screws maybe?

stainless steel would work, unless you have tried that already. take the size of it to a hardware store and see if they have em.

Try putting washers under the screws and then putting locktite on em. Titanium screws would definatly fix yer problem, plus add some minor looks to yer car. :~)

like the guys above said, try different types of screws because, sounds like you are using aluminum cloated ones, and they are very weak. try something new and tell us if they work or not.

I have the same problem and use thread-lock to keep mine in place.

try stainless steel or titanium screws, if you are, don't OVER torque them in, go snug, then 1/16 of a turn.
