Help with EXTREME temps (400+)
hey all,
I recently purchased a Duratrax flashpoint to monitor the engine temps of our RT-X27s. Mine runs around 250-270F, which is just about average it seems. However, my girlfriends runs at 375-425!. Very Hot. I just sealed the engine the other day, and temps are still at 400+.
Because the temps are so high, I'm thinking I might be missing something obvious. Any suggestions?

had it running today at temps about 250F. Noticed a leak between the piston housing and the cooling head. Was giving me temps of about 250F with the leak.
