Default Need help with hull identification

Anybody know anything about this cat? Picked up a sweet deal on Ebay and arrived today.
Shown next to others for size comparison. Below the Rio and my own Dreamin' CS

Sort of looks like an Aeromarine design, but not quite a Popeyes....at least I don't think it does.

Do you think a gas engine will be OK in this hull? Its very wide...16.5" or so, may be 44" long. Like I said, I know nothing about this. It just looked cool and I've been wanting a cat for a while. Perhaps to mold once again...I dunno....

Looks like the AM Systems cat.Gas motor will work fine...nice mod zen should run great!

It is a AM 50" pro cat had one very good hull, will take any thing you can put in it..

Than not a bad deal for $50 I guess.... Love the hull, dont like so much the hatch cover. May have to use that one as a plug and recreate a better design of my own in glass.
