the guy i got it off of sayed it was a ofna ob4 slimline but it dose not look anything like it

It looks like an HPI to me. It has HPI purple all over it and the belt drive and battery location remind me of HPI cars. It looks like it has an after market chassis though which makes a bit difficult to identify. Seeing that Dually Dual ESC brings back some memories, had one of those a very long time ago!
