Vampower Issue
Hello everyone.
I'm having issues with my approximately 3 - 5 yr old charger this season. It charges my lipos with no issue. However, I've cooked 2 of my Nimh batteries this season now. It never seems to sense the peak charge for some reason. I usually ran the voltage sensitivity at 5mv, but changed that to default. I believe default is 3mv, but not 100% certain. I already purchased a new 6.0 volt 2,150 mah battery for my Futaba 14SG. I've discharged to .9volts /cell. Charged back up, and it has put in 2,500mah and was still going. I had the capacity cutoff on, set to 2,500 in this case which saved it. I'm not sure why peak is not getting detected.
Any help?
