I'm going to make some control horns out of angle aluminum for the big bird I have on the bench. It occurs to me that this poly cutting board material may takea tap and be useful to come up with some type clevis design to attach to the angle aluminum horns. Does anyone have any experience with using this material in this way? Thanks for your replies.

Have not done that yet, but have used that same material to make steerable nose gear blocks for a couple of 90 sized patteren birds. Was contimplating using it for my retract mounting blocks as it takes threads quite well and is indestructable.
