Default Is there a need to balance the clutch bell?

Hello, I'm in the process of rebuilding my first raptor, and I noticed dremel marks on the metal of the plastic cooling fan, and the underside of the bell clutch, I know that these marks are for balancing, but I'm afraid I screwed up the bell clutch by scratching the the outmost bottom edge of where the clutch liner sits to remove some glue. I'm scared that I may have thrown out the balance, but I'm hoping that there is nothing to worry about.

Thanks
