Default Off-Road Tires

I was wondering what tires would be good for my evader bx to run in medium to thick grass. I think the stock fronts are fine, but the rears are little stubby pins that do nothing but spin in tall grass. Plus i wore them to slicks by road-driving and donuts/powerslides. I think the mashers would work well, but wouldn't they slow it down significantly? Any opinions people?

Thanks for the help

actually, i dunno if the mashers or similar large tires would even fit my evader. Anyone that has a stock evader camber/ toe-in setup knows that they almost rub the stock tire against something there. Anyone w/ evader bx's know if these will fit?

I moved the links to give more room for tires. I use [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDU11&P=ML]these[/link]. It goes much better in grass, still not comparable to good surface of course.

Do you notice a difference in speed with the heavier tires? Those look cool though whether they lose a tad of speed or not. so just unscrew the ballcups a bit? Those fit on bx rears?

Thanks

Move them to a different location to give more clearance from the shocks. Yes, those fit on the BX rear.

If you are worried about speed, you should NOT be running in grass

i guess i could just switch to the stockers or some on-road tires for speed. Wouldn't be much trouble. Dirt Hawgs sound good to me.
