RE: Do Yall know what car this is ?
That's a 1/12th Delta SuperFazer from the very early 80's. I know this, because I just recently sold one after doing a 90% restoration on it(the one I had was in AWFUL condition to start). Anymore questions, let me know.

RE: Do Yall know what car this is ?
Looking closer at the pics, it's actually a slightly newer version than the one I had; It's still really old though. I got rid of mine, cleaned up to about 90% on ebay with no electronics for $75. Yours is about in the same condition mine was after I restored it, maybe a little worse. I'd say that with all of the electronics it'll go for $75 - 200. It really depends on wether or not the right buyer is shopping when you have it up for sale. It may sell to some kid who thinks it's neat for cheap, or, it may sell to someone older who had one when they were younger, is a collector, a nostalgia pan car racer, etc... for a much higher price too. My advice would be to put it on ebay in 7 day auction format with a reserve of $75. Set the starting price at $39.99. Hopefully, you'll get significantly more than $75, but it's hard to say.
