Bashing MGT Springs Suggestions
Hi guys been looking at getting some springs for my mgt. Seen some sweet looking dual rates from RCRAVEN for $30 or about £20
shipped to uk for complete set
http://www.rcraveninc.com/product/MG...k-Springs.html
start at 3ppi to 7ppi for each shock so a total of 14ppi per A-arm is that enough for bashing and jumping as a red and gold setup would be 11.05lbs.
I hope ppi is same as lbs
So basically what do you have or suggest as these look sweet but never used dual rates before so need advice
many thanks

RE: Bashing MGT Springs Suggestions
I use those springs and i just ordered another set for my rebuild. Ive never had the stock springs on my truck...ive always ran the dual rate springs. I drove a MGT that had stock spring though...the dual rate seemed more responsive and handles better. The stock springs seemed too soft and bottoms out alot when jumping...but soaks up the bumps like a Cadillac. I can see how u can benefit from the stock spring on a bumpy track.
But I prefer the dual rates for bashing.
