Default extra 260 H9 - wing INCIDENCE

hi
i have the following issue:

on the ground - plane CG on both X & Y axis is great.( X=wing axis)

at the air when all ALIE are natural - the plane rolls strongly to the RH!!!!

so i TRIM it to be leveled and then landed!

the LE ALIE was 3-4mm up and the RH one is 3-4mm down.

so i decided to check it!

i have the !QUOT!laser!QUOT! guide from tower - did as follows:

*leveled the plane as possible on the stand
*leveled the incidence guide on the RH STAB - beam point to 0 degree.
* moved it as is to the LE STAB - leveled - on the 0!
*moved it to the RH wing on the same !QUOT!line!QUOT! as i did on the Stab-> +1.5 degree
*moved it to the LE wing -> -0.5 degree

meaning - i have a DIFFERENCE of 2 degrees between the 2 wings along the center line of the fuselage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

did any one had this kind of issue on the EXT 260 by H9 or on any other plane???

according to the root cause above - how can i fix it????

any advice will be welcome

thx
BB

Can you change the anti rotation pin at all to get them to be the same left to right?

the pins are in a fix point
i'm thinking of aliging the wings to the "0" center line than re-dirll new holes...?
what do you think???

if you can get to the inside of the fuse then redrill the anti rotation pin locations then put a 3 mil ply doubler on the inside and your done

3dd has the ticket. I had the same problem whith mine when I bought it. It was +2.5 degrees on the right wing. Heres what I did:

1. Set the plane on a level surface, on its belly.
2. Use a H9 digital incidence meter and read what the wings and tail are at. ( If you use this you dont have to be on the planes zero line i.e. If your stab is reading +3 deg. the wings should be the same +3 deg.)
3 If the wings need adjustment, drill out the anti-rotation hole in the fuse to an oval, long axis vertical.
4. Make a piece light ply and fit it to the inside of the fuse.
5. Put the meter on the wing and adjust it to the correct incidence, with the plate you made on the pin inside the fuse, outline where it should be. Remove the wing etc.
6. Glue the plate in place and your done.

I would personally match the wings to the tail, Its esay and that way then you can adjust the engine thrust if needed. Mine came out within .2 degrees all around and flew great. You can give me a yell if you need any help.

Good Luck

seems to me some one could take a table like a tv table or something small enough not to go f1 to back of hatch make sure its lvl then flip the plane over and sit it on the table on the hatch rails then the wing and stab should be set to 0°

ok
the procedure:

1. level the plane on the stand, relevant to the rear vertical stabiliezer
2. level to "0" the incidence tool on one side.
3. check the wing on the same sied - write down the results
4. check the other side LE as before
5. depending on your differences angel, rotate each wing up/down do make it level to 0 on the meter, do that while servos is on all the procedure.
6. dril a bigger hole of the antirotaion pins , drill anew ply wood with correct diameter for the pins, while on the 0 spot lock the plate.
7. add epoxy
8.test flight
