Cooling Plate FOr Board, Please help with info
I have seen lots of mention about cooling for the inner workings of my tiger. I am in the process of working on a fan configuration... and each moment it becomes more elborate taking into consideration everything I want the tank to do.
I have seen a quite few posts and pictures with cooling plates attached to the E-Board. None of them seem to answer my questions though. Can someone please explain to me how these work. Are the wired into the board? How are they attached to teh board? How are they, if so, attached to the E Board? Can they touch wires (I doubt it because they appear to be metal)? Can they touch the board? I know lots of questions.
I am sure they are easy to get, i.e. rip it off my old pentium. But I really would really like to prevent my board from frying. I have read lots of stories about that.
THANKS!
