Default New shoes!

Been a while since I took this car out for a spin, but it desperately needed new tires and wheels. Got a brand new set of PMT Icarus ones. It's FG Sportsline, 26cc race ported motor, tuned exhaust, 4 wheel disk brakes. Handles really well, when the weather gets better I'll see how it does with the new tires.

Took it for a spin to day (no video sorry).

Night and day difference with the new tires, handles way better. The new tires and the 4 wheel brakes make for some really nice cornering action. I messed with the suspension a bit too, it's about as dialed in as a 2wd sportsline can be I think.

Where did you find a smooth area open enough to run that guy around? Seems harder and harder anymore.

Two things:

1) Nice work on the wheel choice and offset so it lines up nicely with the body fenders. It's a huge peeve of mine when I see TCs with either enormous wheel gap, or if the body sticks out way, way wider than the wheels/tires.

2) Nice job trimming body posts nice and tight, close to the body. Also a peeve of mine (big huge tall body posts sticking out of a sleek TC).

Props, man! Looks tight.

How is traction being RWD?
Does it tend to spin everywhere?

Looking very good though, do post a video

good throttle modulation, you just have to ease into the gas, 2wd isnt that hard. everyone is spoiled with 4wd
