Default Falcon Cessna On Floats

YEP, Mine's FINALY getting built !!

My Fathers Falcon Cessna on floats has been flying for about a year now, and we bought two of them at the same time. BUT, with my spare building time so limited, i have not had time to build mine, well, he needed some work done on one of his heli's so we traded labor, and YIPPEEEEEEEE, mine's getting done. Ilooked at it tonight and the wing is DONE, the fuse is almost done, The floats and struts are DONE !!

Looks like i'll get it back this wknd., and i'll just have to do the engine and radio instalation, and decals..........SO SWEET, can't wait.

I could be able to test fly as soon as the 26th or 27th

Hey Skypilot, what engine are you putting on your Cessna? I have an OS 91 4s on mine and Love it. Just a comment here about the floats. You may want to go to Floats on a Trainer in this forum and read post 18 about the proper way to mount the floats. Some folks have just been glueing the post in the hole without scoreing the post, NOT GOOD. Read the way it's posted there and check yours out before flying. Without scoreing the post has nothing for the glue to grasp, when scored and the hole filled with glue it has a lot to grab hold of. I have been flying these floats since they came out and love them and as the post says have only had 1 give me any trouble. Enjoy the world of Float Flying with your Falcon Cessna. Red Head
