Default Phyton xv3 ENGINE GEAR

Hi, anyone can show mehow to tighten the engine gear, i meant the two gear upper deck, after i run it for some racing, i found it loosen,, is it normal..? or should i tighten it, and how to do that, please advise i saw there are two screw beside the gear, ..

Can you post some pics cause I don`t know if your talking about the clutch bell or the tranny on the bottom side of the truck

i meant not flying wheel, since i don't know how to post the picture, on some promotion it's show as two class gear..one a small gear and a big gear...

whats is loose? the gears on the engine or the gears on the transmission.

the gears on the transmission (black colour), if the gear with engine is together along the engine (silver colour), defenately transmission gear...

Sorry man the language barrier is killing me , if your talking the bottom of the truck on the tranny then yes make sure they are tight

it loosen, is it normal...? before i take a race i check it still tighten, meant when i touch it i try to push or slide and tigh, but now when i touch it , it seem like it want to go a way,,,,

could you tell me more specific what the meaning of 2 screws beside it, will the gears go away if let it loosen...just for my confidence when i ride the car.

are you talking about the 2 screws in silver disc on the tranmission, they are in front of the 2 black gears?

That is the 2 speed shifter, one it to keep it in place on the transmissions axle the other is to change shift times, if your car is shifting good then leave it alone!!!!!! If not, the one that doesnt turn is the one that keeps it on the axle the other one works like this,

turn clockwise to make it shift at higher rpm's

turn counterclockwise to make it shift at lower rpm's.

do only 1/2 turns at a time and try it, be careful not to let it out too much or the spring and ball will fall out and you will need to buy a new shifter.

Brother, it is strange, turn out HN 2 1/2 and LN 3 1/2 my car had a bad acceleration, but when i try to turn in HN to 2 and LN 2 1/2 my car run like a thunder and also with smoke from exhaust, but more strange with the last setting is when i take out the glow plug there is a thin smoke too came out from the hole where the glow plug should be...i don't know was my car still good or near to game over...please advise brother,,,,what was wrong with mine....

if its running good at 2 out and 2 1/2 and not overheating then your ok, there is no set needle setting, the 2 1/2 out and 4 out are just base setting to get you going.
