Default Comp-Arf finish repair

Hi Guys,
I am in the process of making some repairs on a damaged 2.6 wing surface.
What are you guys using as a filler for repairs / seam hiding. The repairs are not structural just cosmetic .
Thanks.

Hey Jef,
I used alphetic resin (white glue) to piece back the composite parts that are ripped away or fractured. Where the composite had gouges missing I filled it with fiber-poxy. Then if you have access to the inside lay some glass cloth with 77 spray adhesive. Finally coat it with resin scraping away the excess. When done the repair is as good as new and hardly adds much weight.

Here is a repair I did to my fuse floor when the entire bottom ripped out with the gear. Can hardly tell now.

If you have no access to the inside, try a light cloth on the oustside. Chances are it will be transparent enough to avoid even having to paint. Good luck
