removing foam tires

Default removing foam tires

is there any specific way on removing foam tires or is it just like removing rubber ones?bake them or boil them?

As far as I know the foam is glued on with CA, just like rubbers, so the removal procedure should be the same. Bake, boil, acetone, etc.

As an alternative, if you have a lathe (a real one, not a comm lathe) or tire truer you could probably just cut the foam off, that would probably be the quickest.
