My First 98' Plane, Any tips on the build?
I just bought a Aeroworks 98', 85cc plane . And I have a question .. I have a RDS 8000 Airtronics /FHSS 2.4 GHZ have you heard anything about it good or bad.
And any building tips ?

Best bet would be to take this thread over to the kit building forum. This thread is for big planes, but the kind you crawl into and die in when they crash
I'm not familiar with the plane you have, just take your time building it, and use heavy duty hardware when possible and available, and high torque servos, as there is a lot more inertia and aerodynamic stresses on a model this size as compared to something like a .60 size plane.
You made a good choice by getting a 2.4 GHz radio. No problems with frequency conflicts with other model flyers, no problem with RF interference from gas engine ignitions. I have no experience with the Airtronics system, but I owned a 2.4 Spectrum, and currently upgraded my Futaba 9C to 2.4. Welcome to giant scale.
