Default Shocks

Iv'e got a stock tmaxx 3.3, and i was wondering what kind of springs i need to make my truck's shocks stiffer. i dont feel like buying new shocks, just springs....If you can help, please send a link with where you found it.

How much stiffer do you want it. If you only want it to be a little stiffer just try using a heavier weight shock oil and see if that helps out.

I agree with sg16 I have four of those on the outboard shocks and stock springs on the inboard. It works great.....GW

I have those blue spring in the first link and they are stiff but I have them on all 8 shocks. They do work very well and you will be bale to do some good jumps with them. I also added some heavier shock oil as my truck sits a little low to the ground so I got a little stiffer shock oil and it workes extremely well for those higher jumps.

But for those low rider spring I never seen them used on a MT so I cant tell you if they work or not. But I think you will be happy with the blue trinity regular sized spring's.

I put some trinity xxheavy springs on my maxx and also added 70w shock oil. The difference is night and day. I just do not like how they make my truck sit up higher, the shocks are all the way out on the botttom and in the hole all the way inside on the top and still has it up pretty high. I wish I could find some springs with the same stiffness but shorter.....
