I just put the boca bearing kit in my picco .26max enigine for my revo 3.3 and sealed it all up now getting ready to mount it to my truck and was wondering the best and most reliable way to mount the throttle to the traxxas big block mount. Looking to go to local hobby store in the am to get parts so any help asap would be great!

drop the traxxas big block mount and go with the ofna mount for the picco .26 and the revo. and then use the tekno Rc revo throttle linkage..works well for me

K well that could be a solution but not an answer to my question. i have already purchased the traxxas big block so im am no gona buy the ofna unless all else fails. I have cut off the two notches on the mount just now need to know how to mount throttle to block n carb? I know you guys can help me cmon

I had to make a brace for the traxxas mount for the tekcno throttle linkage. It works but it took me some time to figure out. Ill try and find a pic or I will get one later when I get home.

If you are using the stock throttle linkage it should bolt up fine with either mount. When I had the ofna mount I used the stock linkage and it worked fine.

The ofna broke on a bad crash so I swiched to the Traxxas mount and bought the teckno linkage at the same time.

Not sure if that helps but if you run into problems when you get it let us know.

So you used the teckno throttle linkage on the traxxas big block right? If so thats what im gona buy. I saw your last pic from awhile ago but couldn't realy c how u set it up. A good pic would be great when you get home beasley. Im gona go pick up the linkage and then maybe later on you'll have a pic up to give me an idea. Thanx alot mang

I hear the traxxas mount is a bit tougher than the ofna mount for the .26 maxx, but I have no experience with it yet.

The Traxxas the mount also allows more gearing options.
