RE: spring options
You could try the silver/whites up front and the green/blues on the rear. If you bought yours new and somewhat recent you have all those springs already. Back when I raced motocross on my quad before I got into bikes I had triple rates on my banshee. They were like ooohhhh yeahhh.

RE: spring options
i have 2 pairs of purple, 2 pairs of pink and the stock springs. so i have a good assortment to play with. do you have some recomindations or ideas on which springs i should have shorter or longer on each shock. should i have a very high rate spring matched with a very low rate etc. ?

RE: spring options
thats kind of the reason they have progressive rockers. but I would suggest using a short and heavy spring with a lighter and longer spring as the bottom that way the further it goes into progression the soft spring will collapse then use they heavier spring to keep from bottoming out all the way but good luck with that.
