Whats this extra?
I just picked this extra up at a swap meet. I thought it said it was a 330,but I'm not sure. I can never tell the difference between the 300's and 330's etc. Its 85.5" and I plan on putting a super tigre G-4500 in it. Any opinions on that? I just have this motor laying around and wanted to pick up a cheap used plane to throw it in and got this built but never flown extra for pretty cheap. Hoping the 4500 will fly it. I'd like to know what brand it is too,but that probly not likely, but I would like to know for sure type of extra it is. Thanks!

RE: Whats this extra?
That is a KMP Models Extra 330, and it used to be sold by Valleyview RC. http://www.valleyviewrc.com/30%25%20ARF%20Airplanes.htm
... You must have access to plenty of cheap Methanol to consider using that engine?

RE: Whats this extra?
Yup, the KMP Extra. That is a nice-flying plane and extremely light. I had one for a while but sold it when I moved. I had a Brillelli 50 and later a DL50 on it. It was so light that it was difficult to land if the wind wasn't blowing because it would keep flying at high idle.
PM me if you need a copy of the instructions or any other info.
As far as the ST 4500, that beast should fly this plane very well. I hope you buy glow fuel by the barrel.
