Default Baffles needed for Brison 4.8 Twin and GP 1/3 scale Extra 330L?

I'm about to complete the above combination. It's all built and ready for covering and painting. Today, while on the Brison website, I read that it strongly suggests adding baffles to the cowling for flow cooling air directly into the two cylinders. I can see where this is probably a good idea, but frankly I don't want to bother with it if it's not necessary. The Extra has large holes in the cowl directly in front of both cylinders, and of course there is a large opening in the bottom. I've seen dozens of large models with twin cylinder engines, and don't recall ever seeing baffles. But the wording on the Brison website is pretty specific that it's required. Anyone have specific experience with this engine, or general suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Default Hey Edward

It is very important to keep the engine as cool as possible. I am running a DA 100 and it has to have baffling installed to keep cylinder's temp. down.

Take a look here>

Hope this helps
