Default Broken Swashplate on honeybee cp2

Yeah I broke my swashplate. It took me 20 minutes to find that out because it wasn't lifting of the ground. First I thought my battery was broken. Anyways it looks fine but I can spin the blades and hold the main gear set.
I remeber reading a thread on here that you could just glue it. Is that a good idea?
Any help would be apriciated.

I think it's more likely you have sheared the pin that locks the rotor head to the main shaft.

yeah, that's it. The swashplate is fine. I disconected the paddle control link and the pitch control link so that the swashplate isn't connected anymore. I can spin the rotor head easily while holding the main gear but i can't pull the rotor head of the main shaft.
Is there anything else I have to take apart other than the paddle control link and the pitch control link?
Any help would be apriciated.

never mind. I just got it apart. I was just afaraid of breaking something on it. I just didn't pull hard enough last time. Now I just need a new pin I will be hovering again in no time .

You could just use a paperclip

good idea. Is a paperclip the same thickness ?
I used sew needle. It worked great. And after about 5 minutes of simple hovering my tail motor fried for the first time.[:@]
What would be a good upgrade for a tail motor ?
