RE: Converting R/C Engines to C/L Engines
As a general rule, yes. The tiger depending on which model may have a factory venturi and spraybar available where the rossi will be a fit and try animal although it may also have venturi's and a spraybar available to fit. If no factory stuff can be found there are people who make venturi's to order and spraybar assembly's also.

The ST G51 venturi will fit all similar sized ST's which should include your 40 although it may be verging on being a bit larger than ideal but it'll work . I doubt you'll find one for the Rossi unless you can make one or have it made but in the meantime you could use the RC carb and wire it open. The barrel size is a bit too big for CL work (unless you want to use it in a combat plane ) so use the barrel retaining screw to lock it in a part closed position to find the best compromise between power and fuel draw.

Mounting a fixed pushrod to hold an RC carb rigidly open allows you some flexibility. If the rod has a threaded clevis it would allow you to adjust the clevis for less power. Whatever good that would do for most people.
