Is this possible? Battery Question..
Has anyone tried to or do you think it would be possible to make a Humpack for the reciever? I bought 2500mah rechargables for the camera and I thought I could solder the ends and use the battery connecter. then just tape them up. I see the electric guys doing it. I could make a 2500 mah pack for around $12. Would it work or be worth it? If so would a standard 6v charger work? They are NiMH batteries. Thanks!

That will work and others on here have done it, but you will have to mount the pack on the front tower or elsewhere because it will not fit into the standard receiver box.

It'll go in the Sav X radio box i think. There is more space in there, at the front where the battery goes.
A 2500mah batt will last for a very long time. I had a 2200mah home made pack that i could use 2-3 times a week and charge it once a month.
