Default Katana Mini on Glow?

Hey all,

getting back into the swing of things after a few year hiatus. I was looking at the Precision Aerobatics Katana Mini. I'm not really into electric but I do have a few .15 size glow motors sitting around. Anyone ever fit this thing with a small glow engine, and how did it fly? At under a pound empty I think a high performance .15 would pull it around great. The engines I have are HPI's, the ball bearing nitro star SS models. I think they're rated at something rediculous like 33,000 RPM. I know they'll easily spin up an 8" prop, maybe a 9 or 10. I've modified the cylinder head, reducing it's height by about 2/3 to save weight and space, don't need the massive heat sink on an airplane!

Any comments? I've got a GP Giles 202 ARF ready to fly (Saito 1.80 FS), as well as a hanger 9 Edge 540 (OS 160) and a GP Cessna ARF (OS .52 FS). I want to get something to bang around before I take the larger ones back up in the air. I also have Realflight G2 and have been keeping sharp with that too. The Katana mini looks like it could be fun with a glow motor.

Thanks!

Steve
