Default Motor tuning question, help fast if possible.

My buddy just got a used RB23 for his revo. Its super fast really impressed with it.

The problem is when you go WOT it will sometimes just die. Anything under WOT and its ok.

We started from a slightly lean setting and worked out way up to rich and the problem has been the same. Unless we need to go rich more, but there is a nice blue smoke trail.

Whats the problem ya think?

Did you seal the carb and back plate? Seems like I remember reading that's a MUST on the RB....

Does it only happen when turning or all the time? I remember that for a while that engine was having a "left turn lean" situation going on.
