HRMm what all broke....lets see obviously the TVP's are both snapped almost in 2.....broke the radio box in 2 peices, snapped the throttle servo mounts clean off, bent the front Dog bone, put a nice DENT in my BRAND NEW GH tuned PIpe [:@][:@] ,roll bar bent a bit ,and ill definatly need a new tranny case..cuz all the screws got RIPPED out..other than that .....i dunno i havent stripped it down yett...coule be much worse when i get in there and see for sure.....so im curious should i go with the 1/2"......1".....or 1.5" extended TVp's ..actually forget the 1/2" cuz that wont fit his derlin roll bar....so 1" or 1.5"...and do i REALLY need the 4.25 mm 7075 Al or will the 3.25 mm 6061 Al be ok ? ? ?

RE: DAMN POLE getting in my WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used .125" thick 7075 for mine. That's probably what they are calling 3.2mm. I really see no need for the thicker material. The .125" is already thicker than factory, and a whole lot more rigid.

i think with all that damage you may be better off buying a new truck and using the broken one as spare parts.
