best Rx battery charger?
What do u guys use to charge Rx batteries? And do NiMH Rx batteries make that much of a difference over NiCd Rx batteries? Is one kind better than the other for Rx batteries or is there an unoticeable difference?

RE: best Rx battery charger?
I use a Hobbico quick field charger MkII and it works great, I can charge my receiver, transmitter, and glow starter all with the same charger. Unfortunately I can't do it all at once, but that is hardly ever necessary. A word of advice if you get a charger that needs a power supply don't buy one with an RC car companies name on it, they are just re-branded and the price is jacked up I got a pyramid one for about $30 and I've been using it for years and it works great. As for the NIHM and NICD I personally don't see much of a difference I have a NIHM, because that's what my hobby shop had.

I charge everything with my Duratrax Ice charger . Can charge tx , RX , glow starter , 12v gell cell for bump box , NIMH and NICAD 7.2 and 8.4 v packs , break in motors and run accesorries like a lathe or dyno . Best charger I ever bought in the 21 years I`ve been in this hobby .
