does the rear set off wheels lift up on the tamiya scania R620 Highline? it would be great an look diffrent

no, i'm afraid they dont, though it could be achieved with some modifications.

the usual mod is either a twin steer or lift axle mod, though i'm not sure if these can be done together.. and ive only ever seen the second (middle) axle lifted or steering

check these great 1/14 resources.. if its your first 1/14 build i wouldnt recommend big mods like this..
