Sounds like you need to adjust the endpoint either mechanically or electically if your transmitter permits EPA. Most probably you servo is being stalled out at one end and keeps trying to move farther than it mechanically can. This is very hard on the servo and also will run down your battery much faster than normal. It is important that you eliminate this problem befor flying.

Took me some time but I found out the EPA setting can be your best friend , especially on the throttle control.

More info.

Keep in mind there is a negative and positive setting for each channel that uses the EPA program.

Yes, if the throttle has reached the end and the servo is still trying to pull it a little further, you should adjust that.

However, if a slight "Jiggle" of the throttle pushrod will stop the buzzing, then once the engine is running, the vibrations will do the same.

Sometimes side force will also cause the servo to buzz, especially if the pushrod is not perfectly lined up with the hole in the servo arm. I like to use flexible braided cable for the throttle since the cable can bend a little and not put extra pressure on the servo arm.

I'm talking about flexible steel braided cable inside a nylon sleeve, such as Dubro flex cable:

YES ! [X(] I would have never thought about using it for a push rod. For what I normally use it for it is called guid wire and go you to 3-4 inches in diameter, Nice technique. You should post a new thread in this forum.

Rodney, I'm using a Nikon Coolpix 4500 digital camera. One half of the camera can swivel at any angle, making taking pictures in tight spot a breeze. It's a gem of a camera. Too bad Nikon doesn't make this particular model anymore.
