Default EV5D-5U Programming question

Hi,
I'm trying to program the valve but the retract part does not respond to the transmitter and I can't stop the "GSF" from blinking.
When I actuate the brake lever on the TX, the LED goes on and off, depending on the position of the lever.
When I flip the retract switch, the LED's don't change.
I checked the retract channel with another servo and it's OK
I changed the throw in both directions to 150%, but it's just not working.
Thanks,
Jon

Have to have air in the system and pressure must be above the GSF (gear failsafe trigger point) pressure setting. Manual button on the valve will make the gear side function regardless of system pressure but gear will not respond by TX if pressure is below GSF programmed value (unless latest version with GSF disabled)

thanks for the info Todd.
I thought I could check everything before I put air in the system.

You can, with the manual button on the valve but not via TX.
