Default linking camera servo to aileron on DX7

Hi all, my first time on forum.

Could anyone tell me how to link a camera rotation servo to the aileron servos by programming the DX7.

What I am trying to do is when i bank left, I want the camera servo to look left, bank right look right.
Level flight look forward.

Is this possible using the DX7 mixing capabilities.

Thanks
Alan

Yes. Plug the camera panning servo into a free channel. Then Slave that free channel to move when Aileron input is given. Check your manual for more detailed instructions.

Or just y-connect the camera servo and aileron servo to the aileron channel on the receiver.

The drawback here is, you won't be able to electronically control the endpoints or center trim, or reverse it, you'll just be stuck with the setting you have for the aileron servo.

Thanks for your replies.

Thought about the Y off the aileron waspossible but as you say noadjustment available.
Linking a spare servo channel as a slave sounds promising, i'll check the manual out.
I guess i should be able to trim itif it's aslave.

Cheers
Alan
