Resurecting a free stadium truck....
I got this Duratrax Maximum ST about a month ago from a friends garage sell with a sign on it that said "Free!" I of course took it and figured out what model it was. He told me "nothing works, motor is shot, I cant get it to start." Well after doing some deep cleaning, adjusting, and fixing some of his rigged crap. Here she is, runs flawless, everything works, it actually is a great little truck. The sterring servo sticks tho, so its getting replaced.
so far money spent= $0
Parts I need to buy:
Front bumper- $3
Fuel Tank- $12
Servo- $13
Body- $20
New air filter- $6
The tires suck but oh well.
The night i got it:
After some major cleaning and adjusting/reinstalling some things:
My ultrasonic cleaner:
