aluminum fuel tank
i was thinking of getting a aluminum tank for my savage but how do you know how mcuh fuel you have in it, and i race and for pit stops it would be bad to have to screw a cap off and fill it and screw it back on so what do you think of it

I think that aluminum tank is more for show trucks and bashers rather than racing for the reasons previously stated. I am thinking of buying one and trying to set up some kind on sight tube to tell the fuel status inside the tank.

With the plastic tank you can see the fuel level. Not to mention that the Savvy is heavy enough with out adding Nonsense Al parts. If you want Al stick to Suspension Arms, Etc...
