I flew my Marutaka (Royal) Citation today..
Well after much work and effort, I got my citation in the air, it flew really great!! But, suddenly it went into a spiral and I could not recover. I did not hear an engine quit, if appeared as though my electronic components locked up. I went to reduce power and nothing happend. Oh well, it was the best minute of RC flying that I have had yet (15 years worth). Does anyone have plans that you would be willing to sell? The wing is damaged only slightly, but the fuselage is "splintered" back to the mid section. If anyone could point me in the direction where I could buy plans ... please let me know. Thanks. I WILL fly this airplane again!!
