Default Twin engine Sig Kadet

Hello all

One of the guys in the club bought a new Sig Kadet, cut the fuse down the middle, widened it, lengthened the wing, and made a twin engine of it...heres pics.

He widened the fuselage for payload....he likes to drop things from his planes...parachutes/water balloons/radio controlled skydivers...etc.....will post some video of that probably after Sunday

To drop water balloons? If he complies with the AMA safety code and doesn't fly over the spectators what's the point?

Figured it was for a cargo bay.
