Hi

One thing I need to add on Cupid. I heard and saw what it appeared to have brash ball in the swash plate already. Some say it is compatible to Dragonfly. Damn.. I should have bought it on the day it arrive in Singapore. Heard that the swash plate are sold out in Singapore.

The set screw that holds the flybar must have been tightened too much. Accidents happen, unfortunately. Luckily it's not an expensive part to replace.

I've been flying mine since Christmas. Very stable and lots of power. I've had problems with the rotation assembly holder constantly snapping where the blades attach. Anyone know of a stronger upgrade part for this?

How do you repair, with the crappy instructions included?
It took me several hours to figure out how to get everything
put togather. Repairing it will be next to impossible.

Mine came fully assembled and ready to fly. I've had no problems repairing so far. I've broken a few main rotor blades and several rotation assembly holders and that's it. I use the Hummingbird Main blades, they seem to work better than the stock cupid blades.

Hi heli

I can safely say that all micro heli has its tail motor with wire soldered. What is actually the problem u encounter on your BTT Cupid. Give us more detail so we can help.

I got the heli for christmas from my mom and dad and the price tag said 299.99. i m only 12 yrs old

Hi heli

If you capacitor fell off and if your tail motor still in working condition, you still can fly because the capacitor is only use for Electromagnetic Noise Reduction and also to reduce the spark in the brush contact point (In side the motor). Without the capacitor, your motor will dies off faster.

I assume u got the correct spare part for your tail motor right? So all u need is to remove the 2 screws and then replace the damage motor with the new one. Tighten it back. Oh... I believe your spare motor do come with gear attached right? U need that gear.

U need to desoldered the wire off and soldered back the wire to the new motor. Plz tell me u have soldering iron or u know someone who has it and know how to do it.

Mine came fully assambled from the box.

I've had mine for only two days, the first day was fun, on the second day my wife asked for a try, what a mistake, she throddled up and the heli came around towards her and she ran. It crashed into the concrete steps and broke the main rotor holder, where can I get parts?

I get my parts at Great Hobbies:

You might want to buy a few of the Cupid Rotation Holder Assembies as I broke quite a few. I've also replaced motors once and main rotor blades several times.

Buy the dcm-166 motor for replacement of tail motor. It's only $0.75 each plus another $0.10 for a 0.1 uF capacitor. Save your stock tail pinion for the dcm-166 motor. dcm-166 motor has the same performance as the stock tail motor of jabo2 and can't tell the difference.

Super-Hornet,
