Default Self modifying zenoahs

Ok guys time to tell all who has attempted to modify their own zenoahs
What did you do to it
What did you destroy in it
An in what way did you think you improved it as in horsepower or torque or just drivability an reliabilty
Pics would be bonus too guys especially the destroyed motors

Time your engine at 180 deg exhaust and 155 deg intake, lighten piston to 22 grams i would take 40+ grams off the crank too

I would like to know this too. Those are great suggestions and photos, but I still wouldnt know where to begin. I do have an old piston and jug I could practice on. Are there any step by step books or articles on this, or should this just be left up to people that do this for a living?
