HEY!!! I gave them a call 5 minutes ago and they returned it and gave me an answer to my question immediately...............They also serviced my transmitter with a 4 day turnaround......I think they are great...........

Danny (who used to run this support forum) was tasked elsewhere within Horizon and regrettably was unable to dedicate any time to it.
You do get people popping in who are "support staff" who will answer your queries wherever they can.
Nowadays, this has become a more Horizon/Spektrum area as opposed to a JR area. Plus, as it is a US based forum, it is not the done thing for overseas support people to answer specific questions.

Richard that is a good question. It has been asked before, often. Maybe ask a moderator, or someone upstream. We all should.
