EAST END OFFROAD TRACK ~L.I. N.Y.~
Formerly known as the "Dungeon Track". Located out in Long Island, all classes welcome! Exit 69 on the L.I.E. We have night lighting as well so come down and burn some nitro, or some LIPO. Will be posting specific directions soon!

RE: EAST END OFFROAD TRACK ~L.I. N.Y.~
Hi all
I use to run with a club called East End Off-Roaders in wading river ny behind latest hobbies back in the late 80's early 90's
The East End OffRoaders was a great club. We would get together every Sunday from mid april to late sept and race in various classes ranging from 1/10th buggy novice, stock and modified. And 1/10th truck novice, stock and modified. And 1/10th 4wd modified. For each class we ran 2 qualifying heats, and the main. the cost was 15.00 for 1 class and 5.00 for each additional class. for example if you ran with a stock buggy and stock truck your cost was 20.00 and ya ran 6 races. All was good we had great turnouts and every year at the end of the season the club had an awards dinner, in which the top 3 drivers from each category went home with huge trophies and all shared with a raffle in which the club raffled off numerous equipment and models and such so everyone left with something. It was a nicely operated club.
I wish there was something like that out there today. I cant even find a local hobby shop to get a new truck and radio setup to get back into it. and now there is lipo? i use to run nicads. but all that is gone now.
